When/where: Quarterly seminar meetings will last 4 hours with 4-5 presenters at each quarterly meeting, depending on enrollment. Meeting day, time and place will be decided by participants.
Structure: Participants will present their ideas, experiments, hypotheses or other work-in-progress related to Bowen Family Systems Theory for discussion and feedback from peers.
Participants will have 45 minutes total to present their thinking and receive feedback through a discussion period. For example, the presentation time could be used to: test current hypotheses regarding the application of theory; discuss or illustrate aspects of one of the theory’s eight concepts; present a course lecture or conference presentation or discuss material prepared for a newsletter/blog/journal publication for feedback.
