We all live in the context of family, work and community relationships. Begun in the fall of 2011, this Study Group has met once or twice a year to consider how Bowen family systems theory can be used to better understand how emotional process operates at the societal level and how this in turn influences and is influenced by individual functioning.
Open to anyone locally (and nationally or internationally by Zoom) with an interest in the topic and a beginning knowledge of Bowen theory, each meeting considers broad issues and questions, and offers participants the opportunity to present their own ideas. In the past, a range of local and national people have attended. If interested, please contact Jim Smith by email firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone 412-370-3880 prior to the event.
