Annette Kolski-Andreaco, Clinical Social Worker/Therapist, LCSW – I am a family therapist who works with individuals, couples and families. I work from a Bowen family systems orientation. I focus my practice on helping individuals improve their important relationships – with their children, with their spouses or with a significant other, and with their parents. Helping clients with work relationships is also a significant part of my practice. I’ve facilitated sessions with several generations of married couples within one family. Important relationships influence a person’s emotional and physical states, resulting in some cases in extreme distress. When people reduce their sensitivity to others, they can make dramatic improvements in directing their own emotional and physical wellbeing.
Another aspect of my practice is the focus on work. I coach individuals to improve levels of work performance. I consult with family businesses where personal relationships and business operations become blurred and difficult to manage, helping individual family members chart their own paths within the family system.
Having worked with hundreds of individuals and couples over the years, I have seen many repeated patterns in relationships. I am motivated to reveal these patterns for my clients through observations based on my deep study of human behavior so that they will be better able to navigate relationships successfully, becoming experts in their own lives. I can be reached by calling: 412-418-9819, or by email: andreacokolski@gmail.com.
