Annette Kolski-Andreaco, MSW, LSW, MURP

As a senior manager and executive director in the nonprofit sector for over 25 years, she served in a variety of capacities and was responsible for strategic planning, fund-raising, program development, public and community relations, and board relations and development. Ms. Kolski-Andreaco has managed organizations with staff complements of from two to sixty. She is currently the Senior Manager, Account Services with LifeSolutions EAP where she manages a staff of eight senior account managers and 150 customer accounts. She was previously the administrative director of WPFC for 11 years. In her present position, she is consulting with organizations and developing and providing training programs, all of which are informed by her knowledge of Bowen theory. Ms. Kolski-Andreaco designed and has taught a course teaching coaching skills to managers across a variety of businesses and organizations. This foundation of this course is relationship systems as understand in Bowen theory. In addition to her master’s degrees in social work and urban and regional planning from the University of Pittsburgh, she completed the post-graduate training program at WPFC and three years of postgraduate work at the Bowen Center for the Study of the Family. Ms. Kolski-Andreaco maintains a private practice where she sees, individuals, families, and couples.
