A graduate of Ohio Wesleyon University and Duquesne University, she heads the Center for Family Learning in Swissvale. She studied Bowen theory at Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic’s Family Therapy Institute and then worked with families and children in an agency serving children with special needs. She presents Bowen theory to church groups throughout the Pittsburgh area and offers weekend retreats that integrate Bowen theory and spirituality. She is in private practice as a licensed psychologist and teaches Bowen Family Systems Theory as a continuing education program at St. Paul’s Seminary.
